Professor Barbaro presented the history and research of the NOEL Laboratory, founded by Professor Boccotti and directed by Professor Arena. Dr. Romolo illustrated the wave energy project (REWEC3 breakwaters) and its recent application at the Port of Civitavecchia, alongside Engineer Fiamma, NOEL’s deputy director.
