The Blue Growth Farm project, funded by the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 research programme under the Grant Agreement number 774426, designs an automated, modular and multi-functional infrastructure for open sea installations. During the project development, two scaled prototypes, one (1:40) for indoor (wave tank) testing, and the other (1:15) for outdoor (sea) testing, have been designed and validated by the BGF Consortium at Ecole Centrale (Nantes, FR) and at NOEL (Reggio Calabria, IT), respectively. The video presents an overview of the successful activities carried out and results achieved during the project’s experimental campaigns.
Il progetto the Blue Growth Farm, finanziato dalla Unione Europea nell’ambito del programma Horizon 2020 (Grant Agreement number 774426) si è concluso alla fine di marzo 2022.
Si sono pertanto concluse le attività sperimentali nel laboratorio NOEL, dell’Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, che hanno visto la collaborazione dei partners del progetto Consortium | The blue growth farm. Il laboratorio NOEL ha ospitato, nella città di Reggio Calabria, le più significative attività sperimentali del progetto, con l’installazione della piattaforma sul lungomare di Reggio Calabria per oltre un anno.
